Michael J. Gavaza, CPA

Mike Gavaza is a certified public accountant with over twenty five years of experience in public accounting.  He provides a wide range of accounting, tax and advisory services to individuals and closely-held business, to include preparation of individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns, tax planning and retirement plan consulting, design, implementation and reporting. Mike has experience working with a wide variety of industries, including real estate investment and development, manufacturing, restaurants, wholesale distribution, timber management and wood products, construction, professional services and non-profit.

Mike earned a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from New Mexico State University in 1991.  He is a member of the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Anthony J. O’Dierno, CPA

Tony entered the world of public accounting after graduating from Portland State University in 1998, and became a CPA in 2004.  Offering a compliment of services that includes accounting, tax compliance and business advisory he is specialized in serving small to medium sized businesses that are owner operated.   Tony has experience working with individuals and businesses in many different industries and has extensive experience in tax compliance for individuals, S-Corporations, and Limited Liability Companies.  Tony also provides financial statement services including Prepared financial statements issued under SSARS and Compiled financial statements.  Other specialties include: client representation before the IRS and state governments, and tax reporting for Estates and Trusts, Gift Tax, and Exempt Organizations.
